High Flow Filter Cartridge is excellent for cases where large-volume water treatment, high-flow pre-filtration and long-service-life purification are required in seawater desalination, power plant cooling water and biological pharmaceutical industries.
Introduction
High Flow Filter Cartridge adopts deep pleated polypropylene or glass fiber as filter media. With a large diameter of 6 inches / 152mm and a hollow center with one-side open, it is designed with inside-out filtration to ensure all solid particles are trapped inside the cartridge. The large flow design enables stable operation under high flow rates, reducing the usage of filter elements and filters in the same flow application, saving equipment investment and maintenance costs. It is applied in RO pre-filtration, seawater desalination, power plant cooling water filtration and biological pharmaceutical industries, filtering water suspended solids, particles, scale, algae, rust and etc.
Working Principle
The large diameter design is equipped with high-strength support skeleton. Using multi-layer composite gradient filter materials and full-welded sealed structure, the single flow rate can reach 50-90m³/H. This high flow filter cartridge is suitable for large reverse osmosis pre-filtration and other fields. The new patented design with a 6-inch/152mm large diameter reduces the number of filter cartridges required for the same flow, and provides multiple filter media to meet other application requirements.
