Introduction
High Flow Filter Cartridge uses deep-layer fine polypropylene or glass fiber membrane as the filter material, with a large diameter of 6 inches/152mm, no central rod, single-side opening, and a specially designed liquid flow direction from inside to outside, ensuring all pollutant particles are intercepted inside the filter element. The ultra-high flow design significantly reduces the number of filter elements and filters in applications with the same flow rate, greatly saving equipment investment costs and labor costs. It is widely used in RO safety filtration, seawater desalination pre-treatment, power plant condensate filtration, and filtration of raw materials, solvents and water in the biopharmaceutical industry, effectively removing suspended solids, particulate matter, water scale, algae, rust and other contaminants in water.

Working Principle
High Flow Filter Cartridge adopts a large-diameter design for efficient filtration, with high-strength support skeletons inside and outside, and uses multi-layer composite progressive filter materials with overall hot-melt welding and external sealing rings. It has a single flow rate of 50-90m³/h, suitable for large-scale reverse osmosis pre-treatment and other fields. The patented pleated design combined with the 6-inch/152mm large diameter reduces the number of filters and the size requirements of filter housings. It can also provide a variety of filter media to meet other application requirements.
