Introduction
Wedge wire screen filter cartridge adopts stainless steel wedge wire welded screen, with filtration precision ranging from 30 to 800μm. It is made by welding stainless steel wedge wires with support bars, mainly including filter plates, filter baskets and filter cartridges. Its finished products feature high strength, high hardness, wear and corrosion resistance, uniform gaps, good permeability, easy cleaning and backwashing. It is applied in pharmaceutical, food, electronic, petroleum and chemical industries, filtering water suspended solids, particles, scale, algae and rust.

Working Principle
Due to the full-process welding, it ensures strict continuous integrity and ideal uniform gap size. Compared with the currently widely used welding process in China, fully welded wedge wire pipes, filter tubes, water caps, cloth waterers, resin catchers and sieve plates have smooth pipe surfaces, no production edges, no burrs, uniform gaps and no leakage.
Features
High filtration precision: Relative filtration precision with retention rate over 90%, wide precision range to meet various application needs, good dirt holding capacity and longer service life.
Internal thread structure: Enhances pressure resistance and structural stability.
Stainless steel material: Made of low carbon steel, stainless steel 304/316/316L, with good corrosion resistance and durability.

Advantages
High precision filtration: Effectively removes fine particles, ensuring stable effluent quality.
High strength and hardness: Resistant to wear and corrosion, suitable for harsh working conditions.
Uniform gaps: Ensures good permeability and stable flow rate.
Easy cleaning: Smooth surface without burrs, convenient for backwashing and maintenance.
Application
Machinery industry: Workshop grinding and processing dust removal.
Steel and cement industry: Flue gas and process dust treatment.
Foundry industry: Casting and smelting process dust removal.
Power plant industry: Boiler flue gas and coal dust treatment.
Industrial workshops: Removal of air particles and ultra-fine dust.
