Water Filter Cartridge

The powder resin coated filter and pre-filter are generally used in power plant condensate water treatment systems. The filter element is installed inside the filter, and the surface of the filter element can be coated with fiber powder and anion-cation resin powder to achieve the purpose of filtration and salt removal. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter or the conductivity or silica content of the outlet water reaches the set value, the filter is in a failure state, and the filter is coated and backwashed, and then put into operation after coating. It is applied in pharmaceutical, food, electronic, petroleum and chemical industries, filtering water suspended solids, particles, scale, algae and rust.

A certain number of filter elements are installed in the filter. Water enters from the outside of each filter element and flows out through the porous pipe in the center of the filter element, with impurities trapped on the surface of the filter element. There are two main forms of filter elements: wound filter elements for coating and pleated filter elements for non-coating. When the unit is started, the precision of the pleated filter element is 10μm, and during normal operation, the precision of the filter element is 2μm or 5μm.
