Introduction
The powder resin coated filter and pre-filter are generally used in power plant condensate water treatment systems. The filter element is installed inside the filter, and the surface of the filter element can be coated with fiber powder and anion-cation resin powder to achieve the purpose of filtration and salt removal. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter or the conductivity or silica content of the outlet water reaches the set value, the filter is in a failure state, and the filter is coated and backwashed, and then put into operation after coating. It is applied in pharmaceutical, food, electronic, petroleum and chemical industries, filtering water suspended solids, particles, scale, algae and rust.

Working Principle
Features
Internal thread structure: Enhances pressure resistance and structural stability.
PP composite filter material: Made of polypropylene fiber, degreased cotton yarn and glass fiber yarn, with good chemical compatibility and temperature resistance.
Customizable structure: Supports customization of filter dimensions and connection methods to meet different working conditions.
Resin coatable design: Can be coated with resin powder to achieve filtration and salt removal functions.

Advantages
Resin coating function: Realizes simultaneous filtration and salt removal, extending filter element life.
Chemical compatibility: Resistant to various corrosive and non-corrosive liquids in condensate water.
Long service life: High strength stainless steel skeleton and uniform winding structure reduce replacement frequency.
Easy installation: Multiple thread connection options, convenient for replacement and maintenance.
Application
