PP Melt-blown Filter Cartridge

PP Melt-blown Filter Cartridge is made from non-toxic and tasteless polypropylene particles through heating melting, spinning, drawing and forming. It is a tubular filter element widely used in large-scale water purification, with excellent chemical compatibility for strong acid, strong alkali and organic solvent filtration. It is a fixed-pore depth filter made of ultra-fine polypropylene fiber, meeting FDA requirements. It is applied in power, reverse osmosis pre-treatment, petrochemical, fine chemical, food and beverage, automotive, metallurgical, paper, pharmaceutical, microelectronic and environmental water treatment industries, filtering water suspended solids, particles, scale, algae and rust.

It adopts a graded density structure (loose outer layer, dense inner layer) with three filtration layers to capture impurities step by step from outside to inside, effectively removing microorganisms, particles, rust, sediment and other contaminants in water. The outer layer captures large particles, the middle layer captures medium particles, and the inner layer captures fine particles, ensuring high dirt holding capacity and long service life.
