Filter Body & Filter Media
The tank size of the LF-SYS1000 is Φ1000*2600, which is made of high-strength carbon steel with internal and external anti-corrosion treatment as standard. For corrosive water quality, 304 or 316L stainless steel material can be selected to improve equipment durability. The tank is equipped with a manhole, exhaust valve, pressure gauge interface and sampling port, which is convenient for installation, maintenance and daily monitoring. The filter is filled with 1.2 m³ of high-purity quartz sand filter medium with uniform particle size and stable chemical properties. The filter bed adopts a top-loose and bottom-dense graded structure, which improves dirt-holding capacity and filtration efficiency, and is not easy to form channel flow or local blockage.
Water Distribution & Collection System
The top water distribution system adopts a baffle-type uniform water distribution structure, which can evenly spread the incoming water to the entire filter bed surface and avoid scouring local media excessively. The bottom water collection system adopts a porous plate with built-in ABS water caps. The water cap has a reasonable gap design, which can effectively collect clean water and prevent quartz sand leakage at the same time. The uniform water distribution and stable water collection lay a foundation for high-efficiency filtration and stable effluent quality.
Piping & Valves
The inlet and outlet of the equipment adopt DN80 standard flanges, which are convenient for docking with on-site pipelines. The system is equipped with inlet valve, outlet valve, backwash valve and sewage valve, which can realize the switching between filtration and backwashing states. The inlet and outlet are equipped with pressure measuring points and sampling ports to monitor operating pressure difference and water quality changes in real time, so that operators can grasp the equipment status and backwashing timing accurately.
