Introduction
Working Principle
It has high dirt holding capacity, realizing graded capture of particles by density in the entire depth of the filter element, maximizing the efficiency of the filter element. Higher dirt holding capacity means longer service life, lower replacement frequency and cost saving. The surface density of the filter element is low, and the density gradually increases from the surface to the center of the filter element, avoiding surface blinding that would reduce the flow rate and increase the replacement frequency. Water enters from the outside of the filter element, and impurities are intercepted layer by layer in the pleated membrane structure, ensuring stable effluent quality.

Features
High filtration precision: relative filtration precision with over 90% retention rate, wide precision range to meet various application requirements.
Internal thread structure: enhances pressure resistance and stability, avoiding deformation under water pressure.
Polypropylene composite filter membrane: made of high-quality materials, with corrosion resistance and high filtration efficiency.
Customizable interfaces: supports various interface types, adapting to different filter housings.

Advantages
High precision and efficiency: effectively intercepts fine impurities, ensuring stable effluent quality.
Large flow and low pressure drop: pleated design increases filtration area, reducing energy consumption.
Food-grade safety: no adhesive, no foreign matter precipitation, meeting FDA and pharmaceutical hygiene standards.
Strong pressure resistance: internal thread design and stainless steel support ring ensure stable operation under pressure.
