Introduction
It is a fully automatic precision equipment that uses stainless steel filter screens to directly intercept impurities in water, purifying water quality and protecting other system equipment. Adopting intelligent (PLC/PAC) design, the system can automatically identify the degree of sludge deposition and automatically discharge sewage by sending a differential pressure signal. It is suitable for water treatment, petrochemical, metallurgical, electric power, fine chemical, coating, ink, paper making, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, metal processing and other industries, effectively removing suspended solids, particulate matter, water scale, algae, rust and other contaminants in water.

Working Principle
The water to be treated enters the body through the water inlet, and impurities in the water are deposited on the stainless steel wedge-shaped screen, creating a pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. The differential pressure switch monitors this pressure change. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the controller sends signals to the control valve and the drive motor. The motor drives the scraper to rotate to clean the filter element, while the control valve opens to discharge sewage. The entire cleaning process only lasts dozens of seconds. After cleaning is completed, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, and the system returns to its initial state to start the next filtration process, realizing continuous operation without flow interruption.
