Introduction

It is an ultra-large flow automatic self-cleaning filter designed for super-large water treatment systems. Working Principle

Raw water enters the filter from the inlet and passes through the stainless steel wedge-wire filter element, where suspended solids, sediment, rust, algae and other particles are intercepted inside the filter element, while purified water flows out steadily to the outlet. The PLC control system monitors the pressure difference between inlet and outlet and running time in real time, and automatically starts the cleaning procedure when the set value is reached without manual intervention or shutdown. The motor drives the cleaning brush to rotate along the inner surface of the filter element to remove all attached impurities, and the drain valve opens synchronously to discharge pollutants quickly and thoroughly. After cleaning, the drain valve closes and the system resets automatically, returning to normal filtration status and entering the next working cycle.
