Introduction

Working Principle
Water enters from the inlet, first passing through a coarse screen to remove large particles, then reaching the fine screen. During filtration, dirt and impurities accumulate on the inner surface of the fine screen, forming a filter cake layer and creating a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the fine screen.
When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the automatic cleaning process starts with uninterrupted clean water supply. The cleaning valve opens, causing a sharp pressure drop in the cleaning chamber and suction pipe. The pressure difference between the filter cylinder and suction pipe creates a suction force, sucking impurities from the inner wall of the fine screen into the suction pipe. Meanwhile, an electric motor drives the suction pipe to perform spiral movement. The combination of axial and rotational movement thoroughly cleans the entire inner surface of the fine screen within tens of seconds. The sewage valve closes after cleaning, and the filter prepares for the next cycle.
