Introduction
Working Principle
Raw water enters the filter body, and impurities accumulate on the stainless steel wedge wire mesh, creating a pressure difference. The differential pressure switch monitors the pressure change between inlet and outlet; when the set value is reached, the controller sends signals to the control valve and drive motor. The motor drives the scraper to rotate and clean the filter element, while the control valve opens for sewage discharge. The entire cleaning process lasts only tens of seconds. After completion, the control valve closes, the motor stops, and the system resets to start the next filtration cycle.
