Self-cleaning Filter

The fully automatic scraper self-cleaning filter is a precision device that uses a stainless steel mesh to directly intercept impurities in water, purifying water quality and protecting other system equipment. Water enters the filter body through the inlet, and with intelligent PLC/PAC design, the system automatically identifies sludge accumulation and sends a signal for automatic sewage discharge.

Raw water enters the filter body, and impurities accumulate on the stainless steel wedge wire mesh, creating a pressure difference. The differential pressure switch monitors the pressure change between inlet and outlet; when the set value is reached, the controller sends signals to the control valve and drive motor. The motor drives the scraper to rotate and clean the filter element, while the control valve opens for sewage discharge. The entire cleaning process lasts only tens of seconds. After completion, the control valve closes, the motor stops, and the system resets to start the next filtration cycle.
