Brush Type Self-cleaning Filter is excellent for cases where continuous water supply, automatic cleaning and high-efficiency sediment removal are required in agricultural irrigation, industrial circulating water and raw water treatment industries.

Introduction

Brush Type Self-cleaning Filter offers a filtration precision range of 50 to 5000 microns, with a large filtration area and high dirt holding capacity, which can be customized according to actual working conditions. It features a simple cleaning method with cycle monitoring, enabling automatic cleaning and sewage discharge, and all parameters in the fully automatic control system are adjustable. It is equipped with motor overload protection to effectively safeguard the motor. It is applied in agricultural irrigation, raw water treatment, industrial circulating water filtration, cooling water treatment, paper industry, plastic industry and power industry, filtering water suspended solids, particles, water scale, algae and rust.

Working Principle

The fully automatic self-cleaning filter has the functions of raw water filtration and automatic filter element cleaning and sewage discharge, with uninterrupted water supply during cleaning. It supports two control modes: automatic and manual.

  • Automatic control: Includes timer and differential pressure modes. During filtration, the filtering time is set on the timer, and the sewage discharge time is set by the sewage discharge timer. The system compares the real-time differential pressure with the set value; when the differential pressure reaches the set point, cleaning and sewage discharge are also triggered. After the set sewage discharge time ends, the system stops cleaning and resets to the initial state for the next filtration cycle.


  • Manual control: Toggle the manual/auto switch on the operation panel to manual position to start sewage discharge.
