Introduction
Working Principle
Internal backwash: Uses filtered raw material as backwash medium. When receiving a backwash signal, the raw material inlet valve of a filtration unit closes, and the sewage valve opens. Under its own pressure, the filtrate flows reversely to wash away solid particles accumulated on the outer surface of the filter element and discharge them into the sewage pipe. After cleaning, the sewage valve closes, the raw material inlet valve opens, and the unit resumes filtration. This mode is suitable for scenarios with low colloid content, good fluidity and outlet pressure >0.4MPa.
External backwash: Uses other gases as backwash medium to pressurize and flush the liquid in the tank. When receiving a backwash signal, the raw material inlet and outlet valves of a filtration unit close, the backwash medium inlet and sewage valves open. Driven by gas pressure, the filtrate flows reversely to wash away solid particles and discharge them into the sewage pipe. After cleaning, the relevant valves reset, and the unit resumes filtration. This mode is suitable for scenarios with high colloid content, poor fluidity and outlet pressure <0.4MPa.
