Self-cleaning Filter

The modular automatic self-cleaning filtration system is a new type of filtration system developed by introducing foreign advanced technology. It is mainly designed to remove fine impurities and suspended particles in process media in petroleum, chemical and water treatment industries, which cannot be effectively removed by traditional filtration methods especially during online cleaning. It adopts a special filtration method to efficiently remove insoluble substances and other foreign matters introduced during manufacturing and processing. It is applied in petroleum, chemical and water treatment industries, filtering particles, impurities and microorganisms.

Raw water flows into the system from the inlet and passes through the filter elements from outside to inside, with impurities intercepted on the outer surface of the filter elements. The filtered clean water is discharged through the clean chamber. When the pressure difference between inlet and outlet reaches the set value, each filter is cleaned sequentially: the inlet and outlet valves of one filter are closed, the drain valve and backwash valve are opened to perform reverse cleaning of the filter elements. After cleaning, the system switches to the next filter for cleaning.
