Working Principle
The security filter is a typical pressure filter. Under the action of pressure, raw water passes through the filter element, with impurities trapped on the filter wall and the filtered liquid flowing out. This design effectively removes impurities, sediments and fine particles in water, achieving the purpose of filtration and purification.
The filter elements can be made of filter cloth, filter screen, ceramic, woven mesh, wire wound, folded, metal sintered or porous materials. Due to different materials, the pore size ranges from 0.1 to 120μm. The filtration process is a process between coarse and ultra-filtration, with different filter elements selected according to different media and process conditions to meet different water quality requirements.
