Large Flow Filter Element Filter

Large Flow Filter Element Filter is excellent for cases where high-flow pre-filtration, efficient impurity removal, and cost-effective water treatment are required.

Introduction

It is specially designed for RO reverse osmosis pretreatment and other high-flow filtration applications. Compared with standard 2.5-inch filter elements, it greatly reduces investment cost. Each large flow filter element can handle up to 30T/h, which reduces the number of filter elements and the size of the filter housing. The filter allows larger-sized filter elements, cuts down investment and production costs, and features a horizontal design and coreless structure for more convenient and quick filter element replacement.


Working Principle

Raw water enters the filter and passes through the large flow filter element made of micro-polypropylene (PP) filtration layer and polypropylene (PP) support layer. Suspended solids, particles, and other impurities are intercepted by the uniform pore structure of the filter element, while purified water flows out steadily. The high-strength end cap and sealing ring ensure reliable sealing performance. When the filter element is blocked, it can be quickly replaced due to the coreless and horizontal design, realizing continuous filtration and efficient.
